Welcome to pdf.vibza, an open-access suite of browser-based utilities developed by Vibza. By accessing or using our website (https://pdf.vibza.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting, browsing, or running tools on pdf.vibza, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the platform.
2. Nature of the Service
pdf.vibza provides client-side utility applications for PDF processing, image editing, developer utilities, and format conversions. Because these tools run directly within your browser runtime via WebAssembly, JavaScript, and HTML5 APIs:
- Processing performance is determined by your local computer or device hardware.
- Files are never uploaded to or processed on remote cloud infrastructure.
- No user registration, paid subscription, or account creation is required to use any feature.
3. Complete Ownership of Your Documents
You retain 100% unconditional ownership and copyright of all files, documents, and code processed through pdf.vibza. Because pdf.vibza is strictly client-side, Vibza and pdf.vibza never view, touch, hold custody of, or claim any license to your content.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use pdf.vibza in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You may not:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or impair the delivery infrastructure or CDN serving the website.
- Use automated scripts to generate malicious traffic or DDoS attacks against our hosting infrastructure.
- Misrepresent pdf.vibza or attempt to distribute modified malicious versions falsely claiming affiliation with Vibza.
5. Open-Source Libraries & Attributions
pdf.vibza is built with modern, battle-tested open-source libraries that make client-side processing possible, including pdf-lib, pdfjs-dist, @imgly/background-removal, jszip, qrcode, and related packages. Each library operates under its respective open-source license (such as MIT or Apache 2.0).
6. "As Is" Disclaimer of Warranties
pdf.vibza and its tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that file conversions will be error-free or that corrupted files can always be recovered.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Vibza, pdf.vibza, or its maintainers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or business interruption, arising from your use or inability to use the tools. Because the tools execute locally on your machine, you are advised to retain backups of important original files.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
