At pdf.vibza (a product by Vibza, accessible at https://pdf.vibza.in), your digital privacy is our core engineering principle. Unlike conventional web utility tools, our software is architected so that your files never leave your computer or phone.
The Zero-Upload Guarantee
When you manipulate a PDF, convert an image, format code, or generate a password on pdf.vibza, all operations execute locally in your browser’s memory using WebAssembly (WASM), Web Workers, and HTML5 APIs. We operate no cloud storage, no upload processing queues, and no database of user files.
1. Data We Never Collect
Because of our client-side processing model, we do not collect, view, store, transmit, or monetize:
- Your Documents & Files: Any PDF, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, JSON, SQL, or text file you open in pdf.vibza remains exclusively on your hardware.
- Personal Identifiable Information (PII): We do not require accounts, logins, passwords, phone numbers, or credit card numbers.
- Content Inputs: Text typed into generators, diff checkers, or formatters is never transmitted across the network.
2. On-Device Storage & Local Caching
pdf.vibza may utilize standard browser storage mechanisms solely to make the application faster and capable of operating 100% offline:
- Service Workers (Cache Storage): Static application code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is cached locally by your browser so the tools can function even when you have no internet connection.
- IndexedDB / Browser Cache: When using AI-assisted tools such as our local Background Remover, neural network weights (e.g. `@imgly/background-removal`) are downloaded once directly to your browser's private storage so future executions run completely offline.
- No Tracking Cookies: We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels to track you across websites.
3. GDPR & CCPA / CPRA Compliance
Under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA):

Data protection is built into the architecture. By leaving all data on your machine, there is zero risk of server data leaks or unauthorized third-party access.
Zero Sale of Personal Data (CCPA)
We do not sell, rent, or share consumer personal information with data brokers or marketing affiliates under any circumstances.
4. Hosting & Infrastructure
pdf.vibza is distributed via global high-performance Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) to deliver static assets efficiently. Standard web server logs (such as IP addresses and request timestamps) may be processed temporarily by network infrastructure for DDoS protection, uptime monitoring, and security firewalls in accordance with legitimate interest. These logs do not contain any user file contents.
5. Children's Privacy
Our services do not target or solicit information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). Because no personal information is collected, our site is compliant with COPPA and global child privacy regulations.
How You Can Verify Our Privacy Claims
You don't have to take our word for it. Open any tool on pdf.vibza, press F12 to inspect the Network tab, and convert a document. You will see 0 outgoing upload requests. Alternatively, disconnect your Wi-Fi after opening the page—the tools will continue processing without interruptions.
